  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations (unless stated otherwise)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer
